Request approval to contract for additional auditing services for audit of the Board’s fund in regards to internal accounts.

Approve contract to implement an Engagement Letter Addendum between the Clay County School Board and Purvis, Gray and Company, LLP

The fees’ based on the schedule in accordance with the 11-BA/RFP-111 and the original audit engagement proposal dated May 19, 2011, except gross fee shall not exceed $10,000.00 for the year Purvis, Gray and Company, LLC perform the full audit and $17,000.00 for the years the audit is performed by the Florida Auditor General.
